As a citizen, as a voter and as a tax payer of the country, I unreservedly support any legal initiative of the government and other constitutional institutions that increases the legitimacy of the state as a whole and the exercise of power in particular. The same applies to the legal acts approved today by the government. However, from the press releases, a number of problems are easily noticed that call into question the entire initiative and above all its expectations or public utility. First, the legal framework that is offered is not based on any in-depth analysis of the problems, shortcomings, achievements and failures of the existing responsible institutions in this field.

It is enough to read the periodic and annual reports of the High State Control to understand how far the impunity of corruption and abuse of funds and public assets or the exclusive rights of the state has gone.
